To really have our clients see our junior practitioners as successful, our staff must feel successful - and in turn they must be rewarded and encouraged with the kind of lifestyle that lets them focus on work harmony and workplace wellness. 

Quite often this example is challenged in travel and training. We have forgotten the point of business class - that you arrive at your destination relaxed and able to conduct business. 
Similarly, the purpose of a Luxury CPD is about recharging, learning, growing, and coming back to work refreshed and ready for the work day (the work year) ahead. 

Our conferences are about delicious food, curated learning, good company, and meals that won't leave you feeling sick. (The sad little sandwiches we sometimes face, I am looking at you!)

And when your staff feel like they are living their best life, the way they feel about their role, will speak for itself. At the end of the day, a happy professional means a happy client.
